To Whom It May Concern:
Teresa Branson was an employee of this corporation from January of 1992 through March of 1998.
During that time, she acted as Office Manager, as well as Director of Billing and Collections.
Teresa was a valued employee with the State of Nevada. She was absolutely trustworthy and responsible in all of her duties. She continually strived for excellence and was superlative in her management techniques.
Teresa strove to coordinate a "team effort" and was willing to do whatever jobs were necessary in order to allow the organization to function at its peak of efficiency. Needless to say, we would always welcome Ms. Branson back in this organization, if she had the desire to return to the medical office management.
Therefore, I can recommend her for any position which she undertakes, without reservation. I am available at the number below, if further clarification is necessary.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter at the request of Teresa Branson. I have know Teresa for the better part of five years, at which time she was involved in management of my medical office practices. At that time, Teresa was the employee of management company, but seemed to carry the same responsibilities as the owner of the company in terms of managing office practices, employment issues and billing issues. Teresa is well adapt at medical office management and billing. She works very hard to take care of the physicians that depend on her. Her main emphasis while working with myself and other pediatric surgeons was, of course, to handle any kind of medical office practice. Teresa combines her easy-going personality with hard work. She is very conscientious and his highly dependable. I would recommend her highly for any type of medical management opportunity, and would certainly consider having Teresa help out with my practice if that is in her future.
If you have any questions about Teresa, please don’t hesitate to contact me personally.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Teresa Branson since 2002 when I hired her as the Office Manager of my previous
practice. During that time, I found her to be an efficient, straight forward, pragmatic leader.
In 2005, I moved to my own private practice and I immediately consulted with Teresa to help me make
that transition. She hired someone to fill out the insurance contracts changing them over to my new
practice tax ID number, helped me to find the network of support to create my new logo, business cards
and electronic medical records, and she negotiated with medical supply companies to enable me to
equip my office for the tight budget we had to work with.
During the last seven years, I have found Teresa to be a consistent, ethical leader that I can count on.
For this reason I have continued our working relationship, and would recommend her and her billing
services without reservation.
If you have any questions feel free to call me.

I am writing today regarding Teresa Branson and Branson Management Group Inc. I had the pleasure of getting to know Teresa well over the past few years. While I was practicing in Las Vegas BMG handled my surgical billing, as well as office management duties. Teresa assumed a very active role in the day-to-day operations of my office. She was also continuously improving our billing processes. She made my transition to Las Vegas smooth and seamless. I did not have to worry about the day-to-day operations of the office as long as Teresa was overseeing my staff. She was extremely easy to work with and always conducted herself in a professional manner. Her staff was also cordial and knowledgeable.
More important than her knowledge of running a medical practice and her billing expertise, I was most impressed by Teresa’s demeanor. She always greets her clients with a smile and is always willing to accept new challenges. She never once said no when I asked her to help me with anything related to our office management.
In short, I would recommend Teresa without reservation to manage your practice and/or to provide billing services for you or your group. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding Teresa and/or Branson Management Group Inc.
Harry M. Condoleon,
Letter of recommendation for Branson Management:
Teresa Branson served as our practice manager and consultant for nearly two years with our practice. She was an invaluable resource to helping me function as the president of the group. During this period of time, we set up a new office, established an EMR, began preparation for meaningful use, and on-boarded two new physicians. She was instrumental in each of these and especially helped in:
Creating a well-run office with excellent patient flow, staff accountability, EMR, and improving patient referrals.
Assisted in streamlining patient payments and helping our billing agency to improve their performance.
Branson Management also did an excellent job of creating our master schedule which included seven physicians, weekend call schedule, and territory distribution.
Provided basic accounting assistance on QuickBooks for the practice which helped offset accounting expenses.
Provided on-line bill pay system, management of business licenses and various other administrative functions.
Teresa’s management style was open and honest and each of the physicians interacted with her on a regular basis as issues arose. She operated Branson Management in a professional and entirely trustworthy fashion. I elected to merge our practice with a larger group, hence our relationship also ended. It is worth noting that during the transitional three months between the announcement of the merger and actual closing, Teresa did an outstanding job of helping me obtain and consolidate our practice documents to move the process forward-at times on very short notice. I would unequivocally recommend her services for either a solo, mid-size, or large group practice.
